Credit Score after discharge of Chapter 13

The only thing that will improve one's credit score after filing BK, or after discharge, is time and proving that one is again credit worthy. All will find that with a BK on one's credit reports, no matter what your credit score may be that BK will still have a negative effect on most credit until it's removal after 7 years from the date of filing (for a Chapter 13). Even then creditors that were included in one's filing still have the BK on file and will probably never again extend credit if applied for (already been through that once recently five years after our discharge)._________________________________________
