I got a credit card 1 day after discharge

I was in a chapter 13 and was finally discharged a few weeks ago!

Went to my credit union and applied for a credit card.. To my surprise, I was approved for a $7000 credit limit at 8.99%!

Needless to say I was very surprised but happy too.

Chapter 13 Filed Feb 2010, Confirmed May 2010
Last payment made Dec 2014, Awaiting discharge

Congratulations on your discharge. Time to update your signature from "Awaiting Discharge" to "IT'S OVER!"

Many Chapter 13 debtors exit Chapter 13 with decent high-end 600 scores and a clear credit history.
