I've been to both. Hooters is to strip clubs as TCBY is to Red Lobster.

We'll have to agree to disagree then. I don't like any business that women are there to "entertain" customers at.Originally posted by JeepMomI've been to both. Hooters is to strip clubs as TCBY is to Red Lobster.BUSY running my own credit repair services! Sorry I don't stop in so often any more!

I've never been entertained in a sexual manner?Originally posted by tinroofrustedWe'll have to agree to disagree then. I don't like any business that women are there to "entertain" customers at.
Have you ever been in a hooters? My guess is no.
I guess you don't go to chuck e cheese then. They make their employees wear costumes and entertain customers.
You really think hooters is a strip club? You need to get out more!Filed 09/05

Well they gave me the credit from their bank. I support their bank, not the women who are doing this.
Don't you find it degrading at all? I mean the name of the place itself is "HOOTERS?!" Everytime I see or think of this I think of Girls Gone Wild or Something.....BUSY running my own credit repair services! Sorry I don't stop in so often any more!

I've been in Hooters before. it's a restaraunt where women are scantily clad, and are heavily made up... much LIKE a strip club.
I just find it degrading is all. I don't have to work there, or behave like that though, so to each his or her own.BUSY running my own credit repair services! Sorry I don't stop in so often any more!

I hope you're not referring to me. I never said hooters was a strip club. I never said I was disgusted by it. I simply don't goto places and pay for a tease, of any type. You really should not question the ethics of others. Everyone has a different set of values - Respect them for it.Originally posted by JeepMomWhat I find ironic is two people that are "disgusted" by this place have their credit card. A Hooters opened near us fairly recently. Husband and son really wanted to go, so I grudgingly agreed. The only thing that I found REALLY offensive about the place was that they charged $3.00 for a soft drink! I thought everything was overpriced, but I still can't get over the cost of a glass of iced tea.
We haven't been back.
