I got this a few months ago. They no longer have stores, but they do have online shopping and catalogs you can shop throough. You have to buy something to apply as far as I could tell, but if you were denied you can tell them to cancel the order. They didn't give me a limit as of yet, but it seemed pretty easy especially with my scores. (low 5's) Just an FYI for anyone looking.
