Okay I should receive my discharge in September but I've noticed my credit scores going up? Has this happened to anyone? I'm trying to figure out why they are on the rise. I'm not complaining but just wondering what's going on?

In looking at your Credit Reports, are your Creditors dropping off the debt load? Changing your reporting status from all the lates and the monies owed to $0, IIB?
BK is a Credit hit, but so is a tremendous debt load. As the debt load drops off, scores tend to rise a bit.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
Closed - 04/2007
