    All CRA's are usless!

I got my FICO scores today! What a crock!
    TransUnion -67
    Equifax -18
    Experian +17

These numbers are compared to the scores I got directly from the CRA's

And there are items that have been removed from my reports for months. That are still showing up on FICO! I called them and they said they ge the information from the CRA's, but that cannot be true
    My credit scores:
Before Filing: Tr 496, Ex 496, Eq 507

    Today: Tr 618 (+122), Ex 601 (+105), Eq 623 (+116)

    What a crock.....

And this is information that is supposed to determine your LIFE for crying out loud!

Who is monitoring this garbage? Anyone at all? Or are they pretty much free to do what they please?
BUSY running my own credit repair services! Sorry I don't stop in so often any more!

Fico is bull because I got my info from fico and they were reporting things that had been deleted from my reports. I don't know how to obtain a true score.

I'll take a stab at answering.... Nascar, if there wasn't some significant financial advantage for our creditors due to the disconnect between credit bureau scores and FICO scores, the differences wouldn't exist. Not gonna change any time soon either, I'm thinking.

fyi....the formula used to calculate your FICO score includes information based on several factors:
~ 35% on your payment history
~ 30% on the amount you currently owe lenders
~ 15% on the length of your credit history
~ 10% on the number of new credit accounts you've opened or applied for (fewer is better)
~ 10% on the mix of credit accounts you have (mortgages, credit cards, installment loans, etc.)

What do FICO or the three credit bureaus care if your scores aren't right or consistent? It's all a secret insider shell game anyway with few controls and very little accountability. Just keep plugging away to make the information as accurate as you can. It's not a fast process - the doggedly persistent win the race (if they don't go crazy first! )
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

          06/01/06 - Filed Ch 13
          06/28/06 - 341 Meeting
          07/18/06 - Confirmation Hearing - not confirmed, 3 objections
10/05/06 - Hearing to resolve 2 trustee objections
01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
          09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
          08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !

          10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

Not to discount your post, but all that information I have... My problem is with the fact they [FICO] claim all information used to calculate thier scores comes directly from TRANSUNION, EQUIFAX, and EXPERIAN! How is that possible? There is no way that is the case, I have spent almost 5 months busting my ass to get these reports cleaned up. Now, FICO is stlling me that all the work I did was usless, and according to 99% of the people I speak to say those are the score people look at to make cerdit decisions! So how do I fix this all my reports are as clean as they can be, and snice these items are not showing on my reprts anymore I have no way to dispute them! So, I guess I'm f'd! Thanks to the non-help FICO, TRANSUNION, EQUIFAX, and EXPERIAN. I guess any hopes of home ownership have been crushed [for now]! Just another thing to add to my law suite

That's the question I have Nascar if Fico claims to get the info from the CRA's how do you dispute the info, if the CRA's are right and fico isn't. Can you send a copy of your credit report to FICO so they can see the info is no longer being reported? Go figure this is becoming a lot more difficult then I expected.

No, because FICO has none of our credit information! Thay take a "snapshot" of what the other 3 have. Which causes more questions how id it possible to take a "snapshot" of something that isn't there? They are all lying bastards!
