Our 341 Is Tomorrow!

A whole lotta worrying for nothing! He asked a few questions about our house and vehicles and asked if I have found a new job yet (which I haven't), asked his other questions and wished us luck! It was VERY easy! No UST, and no mention of the UST (another case before ours he mentioned that the UST's office probably would be contacting his attorney due to his income).

When should I notice anything on PACER regarding our case and "results" of our 341?

The trustee didn't make ANY mention of our preferential payments to our Credit Union's overdraft protection....does this mean he doesn't plan on going after them? Our attorney said he still could but that he would be going after the Credit Union, not us, he didn't have to say anything to us....is that correct?

Overall I'm glad its over and now, I'm counting down the 60 (possibly 90) days!

oh yes, and that's correct, he/she the trustee didn't have to say anything. some do, they are right out front with it. remember also MOST trustee's have already had their paralegals go through your petition with a fine tooth comb so most of them, NOT all, pretty much know whats up when you are at your 341.

Ahh ok, so how long should I expect to wait before seeing any update on PACER? I've been hitting F5 every hour pretty much since we got home LOL

LOL!!! i have always stayed away from Pacer because i know i would have been so OCD, i just filed it way back there in my brain and didn't even think about it until day 63 when i rec'd an envelope from the court with two orders one the discharge and one the close!

i'm certain by monday you'll see something, could even be by the end of the day

Well, I just checked PACER for the umpteenth time today and it was updated! Here's what it says in the Docket Report, does this mean he's abandoning the preferential payments??
