We've gone from J Complete to V Completed. There's no consistency in how trustees post. Discharge timeframes are all over the place based on posts. Count on 90 days and if sooner then a pleasent surprise.

I'm in Eastern Dist of CA and we're still waiting for discharge. Last payment was in March. Hopefully yours won't take as long.

It now says "COMPLETED STATUS V " -- the trustee final report was filed about 5 weeks ago and approved by the court this week. Per my attorney it should be discharged any day now

Question --- since any creditor claim timeframe is now closed, would it be safe to pay off my car that was paid outside the plan ? I have the money and I want to sell it as fast as i can.

I don't know why not. In fact, you could have paid it off at any time.
