Today in Pacer Chase our second filed motion to redact and restrict public access to consumer information pursuant to 11 USC 107 and bankruptcy rule 9037. Is this normal or can you explain what it's about? Sounds like they want our private information protected?

Simple. The rules require that anyone filing a pleading take steps to black out (redact) any personal identifiable information such as SS#'s and full account #s. Chase forgot to redact something therefore it must file a Motion to Redact. Not something to worry about.
