I met with my attorney on Thursday and reviewed the petition with her and signed the papers. She had to make a few changes that we found - it should be filed on Monday. The payments are doable for me and we worked out a really good budget. Looks like my 341 will be in mid-August. Thanks everyone for your support and help through this process. You all were a life saver! The biggest piece of advice I can give to anyone is to really work on your expenses - give yourself some breathing room!
