I use Pacer allot and I know I should not but it is helping me to know what is going on with my Chapter 13. It does show that I owe $47.00 but I am not sure when they are going to bill my cc. Do they bill every 3 or 4 months, and do you know what day of the month? This would really help and yes I know, do not use it as much. Thanks!

Lukesky..that is bd!!!
As long as you realize what you did and STOP IT
. I always get a notice around the beginning of the month and the charge would go on my debit card around the 12th. You'l get a notice. You'll even get one when you don't have a balance.

LOL sophieanne, thats fine and thank you. I know its allot of money but it is a one time thing until I can see what is going on. My confirmation hearing is today 11-4-16 and I hope my attorney tells me what the outcome is soon.Originally posted by sophieanne View Postlukesky, that was my bad spelling. Bd = bad (in regards to your $41 charges. The charges are monthly and taken monthly. Sorry for the confusion!

Keep in mind that when you access Pacer & do a query for your case number or name & it comes up, look at the last entry date & if it has not changed, then there's no need to go to the next step & access the case. That will save you money. I used to look at my case every day while I was going through bankruptcy but only went to the next step if I seen they added something.
