Chapter 13 dismissal

Hello all,
If your chapter 13 gets dismissed 2 years into it, does the creditors clock regarding the SOL reset seeing how payments to creditors have been made for the last 2 years, or does it refer back to the date you last made a payment prior to filing?

In most jurisdictions case law states that the SOL tolls (stops running) while in Chapter 13 so add 2 years onto whatever your State allows.
