Hey Justbroke! Is it taboo to contact the trustee directly? I have sent my attorney emails but have not received any in return. I originally sent the attorney the bill of sale on Feb 13. TIA -
It's not so much the Trustee it's the order to incur debt. The Trustee will probably just take a few business days. I don't know if your district approves them without a hearing.Leave a comment:

Trustee Approval For Auto Loan
Hello all! The vehicle that was not included in my plan was surrendered. My attorney said we could get something else. We were approved by the dealership really fast and I gave my bill of sale to my attorney to give to the trustee. Anyone know how long trustee approval takes? It is being really hard only having one car.
