My case started October 5. I sent the trustee a money order that same month for my first payment. ndc shows my first payment was Nov 5. Money started getting taking out of my check but the second payment shows on the 3rd of march.

I’m in the northern district of Ohio and we filed in may of 19. Our first payment was June of 19 but the trustee never started paying creditors until September after everything was confirmed. We ended up paying until august of 24, so we just finished and are waiting on the actual discharge papers now.

Welcome to BKForum.
I do know that there is a district, and I'm unsure if it's Ohio but it is the midwest, that measures the plan duration from the confirmation date (not from filing date). If that's the case, then January may be accurate.
You 100% need to contact your attorney because there is nothing worse than getting to the end and finding out you haven't met the plan base. I would immediately send an email to my attorney and follow up with a call (leave voice mail today), and then follow up with a call on Monday.

I filed for chapter 13 in October of 2019. My first payment was Nov 5 2019. I was hoping my last payment would be this coming November but after looking at the ndc site, it looks as though I won't have the "principle balanced owed" paid by November. It would take me until the middle of January to get them down to zero. Could plans go over 60 months?Tags: None
