Hopeing for the best, and trying to avoid thinking about the worse. ;) Needless to say I'm more than a little nerve-wracked over this. Been over the "341 Questions" threads about a dozen times, so we'll see.
Got throw a curve today: went by to do a last-minute check with my attorney to make sure everything was still on track, and guess what? Turns out he won't be the my 341 tomorrow because he's out of town! No notice 'er nothin!
What's up with that? I'm familiar with the lady that'll be there in his place, but I just think it's rather poor style to not even tell your client that you'll be out of town for his 341! Dunno what to think about this, but I think it's too late now.
Wish me luck, folks... I'll post tomorrow evening with how it all goes!

Had my 341, and it went pretty quickly: no creditors showed up (as many have said here on this board), but a couple quick hiccups occurred; maybe you guys can let me know if there are any "real" ramifications to those...
It sounds like it went fairly good and I'm happy for you! I will try my best not to "over think" things, but I'm telling ya, I'm a basket case already
