    Wife not filing with me

The cc and mortgage are in my name so I would be the only one filing. But she works and has income, will that income not be reflected in the calculation of payments I have to make to the trustee. Basically they would just look at my income and expenses and determine the disposable income?

    From U. S. Courts Chapter 7 Basics at http://www.uscourts.gov/bankruptcyco.../chapter7.html

"In a situation where only one spouse files, the income and expenses of the non-filing spouse is required so that the court, the trustee and creditors can evaluate the household's financial position."
