UGHHHHHHHH! Well, the trustee of course waited until the last day to object to our payment modification. He has personally been sent all the same documentation that my attorney used to prepare the modification documents, and yet he still objects? Of all the letters on his little objection page he filed he had to use W-other, and just said plan modification is to vague, and he wants a hearing. Are all trustee's such asses? For God's sake, I've lost $700 a month worth of income, and we only asked for a $406 a month payment reduction because our attorney said there was no way any less could continue to fund the plan. So we sold our horses, got rid of some non-essential services that are allowable and on the schedules so we would have enough to fund the payment, but that's not good enough? Please, these people should have studied math more in college. $0 can not = $5 as an example. Ok, I'm done venting. On the good side, I'm still above ground and able to gripe.

Who knows why some trustees are not more "common sense"....hopefully talking through everything face to face will resolve whatever is, as my granny used to say, "stuck in his gullet"Originally posted by DOA View PostUGHHHHHHHH! For the first part,............. Well,............. "Because they can", I guess is about as good an explanation for the behavior of some Trustees as any.
Hopefully, as Lrprn suggested,........... Once you get to sit down, face to face, and look him/her in the eye, the Trustee will see you're not trying to put one over on them.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
