    problems once again

Well, I got past my roof problems, paid $375 to get that fixed. Don't ask how, but somehow managed to. Yesterday, I went out to my car and it had a flat. Called AAA to come change it and found out that I have a broken spring which went through my new tire. It is going to cost $486 to fix and that is without the tire replacement cost. Oh lord, how am I ever going to survive the next 14 months.

So sorry to hear about your latest troubles, helpless . Glad you were able to get your roof fixed.

Call your lawyer and ask him if he/she will ask the trustee for a month 'bye' or a reduced payment or two until the car problem can be fixed. Some trustees do appreciate the pressures Ch 13 families are under since every penny of our disposable income is going back to our creditors. Hopefully your trustee is one of the understanding ones. Let us know what happens, ok?
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
