    confirmation of amended plan 13

Anyone have any idea how long it takes a trustee to turn over a confirmed plan to the courts for it to be listed in pacer?

our deadline for objections was 6/9 for our amended plan. there were NO objections to the plan......the plan only changed as far as the monthly payment amount to a secured creditor not the actual full balance.....there was no objection to this. the trustee has not objected....we were told the confirmation hearing was set for 6/19 but we are not listed in the docket as any objections.

when i called my lawyer about something else i asked if it was going to be confirmed and he said i think it was already confirmed. i said, are you sure, he said yes i'm pretty sure ..........i don't have your file in front of me but i'm sure it was........

I guess it was since I never heard back from him.....why don't these lawyers realize that we sit here waiting and waiting to hear word.......and they don't even call us to tell us...................I guess it was confirmed..........however pacer is still showing that the amended plan was received and the last day for objections was the 9th.

    any thoughts, any ideas

Depends on your trustee's and local bk court's customs for sending updated information to PACER and whether they send the updates electronically or are one of the few remaining offices who send updates via old-fashioned "snail mail". PACER updates once a day M-F once they have the information.

If your lawyer is handling multiple cases besides yours, his memory may not be the most reliable. Call the office Monday morning and ask for someone to take a look at your actual file to see if there's a confirmed notice there. Good luck!
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
