my attorney suggested I bring in a budget of our expenses.. Is there somewhere online that I could get a breakdown of whats included in a bankruptcy budget so to speak

After you fill this in, go back through your checkbook and cc statements for the last year looking for things that aren't paid regularly - home association fee, car property taxes, trash recycling fee, etc - things that depend on the state, city, or neighborhood you live in.
