Filed Ch.13 Yesterday

Hello all,

And so it begins! I feel relieved to have actually filed it, but I know it is still a l long road ahead. This is a great forum with a wealth of great information about bankruptcy and am glad that everyone is so supportive and encouraging. This obviously is not something to enjoy going through. I will keep you all posted as to how things will move along!

You know....now that I read that it really does sound like I filed it myself. I do have a lawyer and he actually filed it. I apologize I wasn't very clear. :-)

No problem at all. Just wanted to be prepared if you did file on your own because the outcome for folks who do that is usually horrible - about 90% of them are dismissed. Glad that you were smart and filed your Ch 13 with a lawyer!
