It's nice to find a BK forum that is informative and friendly.....after the last one sorta went VERY down hill and kinda turned ugly to boot.

So "Hi" everyone......am enjoying reading the posts especially the thread about the van that was repo-ed after BK was over. Hope to read more about that one.

Hi, Judy ... Welcome to the forum!

I'm the "van girl" ... and right now, we're waiting to see what the credit union files in objection to our sanction. I'm a little nervous at the moment ... because we're leaving for Florida in four days to move our daughter down for an internship. We can't NOT go ... but I'm worried that we're going to miss some important piece of mail. No big deal ... our lawyer knows we're going ... I guess I'm just a nervous person at heart.

Anyhow, I'm really glad you found the forum ... the people here are SO kind and SO supportive. Plus, reading other people situations helped me prepare for things that might happen. Welcome!
