Looks like the bad luck hasn't gone away! My husband was filing Chapter 7 and then the attorney had him change to Chapter 13 because of an audit that went bad. Now the 341 for Chapter 13 is in 2 weeks and my husband lost his job Friday evening. Talk about freaking out! What will happen to his case now? He is frantically looking for another job now.
