Hello to all I am new to board and I am so glad I found it. Excellent information and support.

I am in a 100% payback and I filed old law plan. I am paying the Trustee $1,667 every month deducted out of my payroll check.

I have a question regarding the 13 data center database. The balance in the account shows around $ 4,000 on hand. I get a paper statement every Jan from the Trustee and the last one I received said as of Jan 08 I would have around $ 11,000 to pay off the plan. When 08 rolls around and I continue to pay the $ 1,667 that would take me to around June/July.

If the running balance of $ 4,000 is in the account in Jan 08 does that mean that $ 7,000 will really be owed and the plan would end that much sooner or does it need to run the full length and after the audit I will get the balance back.

LOLOL It is short for Bankruptcy Software Solutions. LOLOL (sorry but BSS isn't BS) Anyways, to log in, all I needed was my case number and ss number. See if your trustee is listed there.

The amount you see as what you owe is not the pay-off amount for your plan. Unless your plan is a 100% payback to your non-secureds, then you should count on your plan lasting the total number of months it was confirmed for.

As I recall, you can get a username and password for 13DataCenter on their website home page https://www.13datacenter.com/index.asp . Look right below the Login to NDC area - you'll see the Attention box with a Get Started Now button. Click that and you're on your way to getting your own free username and password.

ive paid for 36 months and more than my base. It showed up right after I reached my base plan payment
