Hi. I was wondering where I can find my payment history to my Trustee at. I have my first payment due by the 13th and I mailed it in certified return receipt on the 1st and still haven't got the return receipt back.

Ask your lawyer if you can call your trustee's office immediately to see if your payment has been received. You don't want to mess around if there's any possibility of your first Ch 13 payment not being received by your trustee on time.

Once this crisis passes, if your trustee participates, you can see your payments posted at 13Network http://www.13network.com/ or 13DataCenter https://www.13datacenter.com/data/home_debtors.asp . You need to get a username and password from your trustee's office to use 13Network and apply from the 13DataCenter website to get your username and password for that site - both are free!

I just did a track on usps.com and said my certified letter (with payment) was delivered this morning. I looked on PACER and it's not posting anywhere. Maybe I'm clicking on the wrong link(s) to open. It took over a week for him to get my payment and it is sent to the same city I live in . I wish I could walk in my payment but it can only be mailed in to his P.O. Box. I hope my payroll deduction kicks in this month.

Don't stress. You have confirmation your payment was delivered on time. Each trustee's office has their own office procedures. Yours may not post payments every day. They may hold the week's payments and post them all at once....who knows? But you are ok - that's what matters!

Hope your payroll deduction kicks in soon too. Can you check with your personnel or HR office to see when that's going to happen?
