Mine was closed 9/27 and I received my overpayment refund in the mail today...nice lady at Coop's office said it takes the court 6 to 8 weeks generally to complete the discharge. Maybe I'll get lucky too?

How long after your payments stopped did it take them to send your refund? I received my motion to stop payroll deduction Tues.

Minime, that is awesome. My order to stop payroll deduction was filed the 27th of September. It took only until the next distribution date for them to send out my check, October 1st. I haven't gotten it yet, but I can see where they wrote it on the first of the month. If it isn't here Monday I am calling my lawyer.

I was 100% payback on a 60 month plan; made both my Sept and Oct payments by Sept 13, final disbursements were made on 9/30... I was not expecting a refund. My "completed" date is listed as 9/17 but there is also an "assigned closed" date of 9/27. I checked 13 network one day last week and saw in the financials tab, a Refund to Debtor entry. They mailed the check 10/10, received it today. Nice surprise

ETA: I was a self-pay. My letter, the notice to stop payment was dated...9/17
