going to refi out of ch. 13 - 6.75% too good to be true?

Hi guys, this is my second post on here but i have an urgent question. Im working with a company called ...................... - they told me their nationwide and local to me (Chicago). I have refinanced a couple times in the past and had my fair share of rip-off experiences. The Loan Officer actually came to my house to explain everything which I loved. He knew his stuff, etc etc. (This is expected) However, with sales people, I can't trust them anymore. I've been nabbed many times...

I know this is a nationwide forum, but ANYONE have any experience... Can I trust them? Will they change my deal at the closing table? They quoted me 6.75% on a 30 yr fixed rate - so I feel like this is way too good to be true considering my bankruptcy!

ANY HELP OR REVIEWS OR OPINIONS WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED!

Thanks in advance for any help!

My apologies, by posting this same message in 3 different locations, I thought you were trying to spam us. So sorry, I just read one of your other posts and realized I had made a mistake in judging you too soon.

    Welcome to the group

they got me and my cousin out of Chap 13

I was tired fo being told you have to wait you have to wait, but I was talking to a friend of mine who used them to buy their first house and she told me give them a call you never know. So I called with really no faith in getting it done. but the loan officer was very informative and understanding he told me that he actually helped many other families in my situtation. He quoted me a rate of 6.875% on a 30 year fixed(I didn't believe him, but I went along) a few weeks we closed at 6.875% 30 years fixed save me tons a money and stress so I recommended them to my cousin and he to is very happy. The guys at ...........................(I think it is the same company) made it happen

wow that was fast, thanks for the reply bigP. sorry if the question offended u arkie... and im not sure what you meant by the mods being trained policemen... I really wasn't expecting any local replies, i was actually wondering how the company was in generaland was hoping for reviews, and opinions on the quoted rate. Either way, unless big P happens to work for ..................., I think my question was answered...

HAHA sorry arkie, i did post this in momtothree's post on accident, I was reading her post and meant to click new thread. When I realized i just posted to hers, I wrote another one... =) no harm done...

Arkie, we mods have already deleted these live links. The same basic message accompanied by live links to the same company posted in four different posts by a new member touting a refi interest rate that is too good to be true then immediately backed up by a new member making his/her first post....frankly, something's rotten in Denmark.

Dkizzle has been warned by PM to not post live links or mention this company again unless Lazar provides permission or he/she makes 400 legitimate posts first. The discussion about refinancing can move forward without this company being mentioned in dkizzle's posts.

If dkizzle wants to be a productive member of the forum, he/she will post again without mentioning this company. And if we don't see any more posts, then we'll know the truth of the matter - he/she was trying to get around the forum rules about posting ads - time will tell. I hope he/she decides it's worth it to stick around and contribute.
