    Who would they go through??

    Assume you work out of a temp agency, a day here, a day there with different employers - who would be considered your employer for plan payment deductions if the actual employers pay you off at the end of each work shift?

    One of the requirements to file a 13 is, a reliable source of income. I doubt a temp worker would even qualify if his work schedule is irregular. How would a trustee or the debtor be able to figure out what sort of disposable income they have?

        To answer the op question, at most temp agencies, you are an employee of the agency.
