I was just looking at the NDC site and noticed one of my payments is not posted. Has this happened to anyone else. I still have the money order receipt.

First step - call your trustee's office and inquire if they've received the payment. If they haven't, then let them know you sent it by money order on X date, have the receipt, and are chasing it down.
Second step - inform your lawyer about what's going on so he/she can be prepared to help you in case you can't locate the money order in time to prevent a missed payment.

I got this took care of. I called the trustee and it showed up today. I mailed it on 11-02-07 and it arrived 11-19-07. It's just going about 25 miles, I guess it took the scenic route.
The USPS around here is steady going downhill.Comment
