I just got a letter from the trustee of the completion of my 36th payments,so I don't have to send my payments and just check pacer and as of 11/21/07 my case is DISCHARGE and I am just waiting for the letter from the judge although I was able to print out the papers they mailed to me that is coming.....what a relief!!!!!!!!!

Congrats!!! I'm waiting on my discharge letter too. I've received my refund from the trustee and the summary of my chpt 13 case. Trustee sent the motion for discharge and the ball is in the judge's court. hahahaOriginally posted by migschap View Post
