A Plan can be modified but all financial information has to be reviewed by your attorney who will take care of it from there. You will need to provide your attorney will all the specifics as to your change in expenses and/or income. You may or may not have an extra fee from the attorney for doing this. You would have to check with your attorney. Some charge for certain things; some don't.Originally posted by buckaroo View Postbeen in a chapter 13 for 21 months of 36 month plan. expenses have changed somewhat since plans approval. what is the procedure for ammending plan, it would seem to me that expenses could change over te course of 3 years that would require ammending oringinal plan._________________________________________

If I were you, I would think twice about opening up that can of worms unless your income has went down. Your lawyer will be your greatest source of information on this. I don't believe most trustee's like it when people modify there plans, especially 21 months into it.
My medical insurance has went up, gas, food ... etc., and I have not gotten a raise in 2 years. Let us know what your attorney says.Chapter 13 Filed 4/03/06  341 Meeting Complete 5/11/06 :yes2:
