I can only hope for the day that when I google or yahoo my name that it doesnt show me on some bankruptcy hearing schedual, for 12 months now I,m the #1 hit when I google my name, sucks to have a really rare name, and to make it even better it was my best friend that pointed it out to me, must be greaat to have nothing better to do.

What you are finding out is that filing bankruptcy is public information. In my locale, a big listing of bankruptices appears in the business section of our newspaper with names, town and amounts of debt and assets. And it's not tiny type - this is like half a page of larger type listing Chapter 7 filers and Chapter 13 filers. Someone must be posting hearing schedules online for your name to be picked up.
