I have completed the BK questionaire and have gathered up all the required documents and have the filing fee in Cash and will be heading to the lawyers office this upcoming Tuesday. I hope all goes well. We have 78K in CC debt and I am hoping that 1/2 of them do not file claims. 
The lawyer ran a preliminary means test and it shows up as $500.00 in disposable income. He feels we should have a pretty basic case, so well see. We are ready to get it over with.

I am sick of getting threatening letters in the mail. The mailman has to be wandering whats going on we are getting so much mail....but that's probably because we do not answer the phone.
