Letter from Lawyer today.

Withdrawl of chapter 13 statement of current monthly income (doc.#12).Anybody have any idea what this means?.My 341 meeting was on Feb.21,and everything seemed to go just fine.Lowere half of the letter states this= Notice and certificate of service.
The undersigned certifies that a copy of the attached withdrawl of notice of service of payment advices and tax return and affidavit concerning tax return and payment advices was served this date on the parties whose names and addresses are below.

Lawyer never contacted me about any problems,and the courts never asked about any tax returns at the 341.

Withdrawal typically means a form has been completed incorrectly and needs to be revised and resubmitted. I can't be sure this is what is happening with your B22C form Statement of Current Monthly Income and Disposable Income Calculation (Chapter 13).

If you received this notice in the mail, so did your lawyer. Suggest you call him/her first thing Monday morning and find out what's going on.
