Hi finally we have seen a little action started to disburse money today to all but 2 creditorst a flag on them says 1 month till payment tha seems crazy why would they wait to pay 2 when they are paying everyone else the 75%.
Does anyone know what STATUS : requires review computer generated code means!We made our last 36 month ch 13 payment in DEC.

If there's one thing I've learned not to stress about in our Ch 13, it's when our trustee disperses funds and who gets funds when.

You are in Ch 13 bankruptcy. Your creditors know it and they also know they will be paid in a certain order. They aren't expecting to be paid immediately like they demanded to be when the debts were yours. The bankruptcy law is protecting you. The creditors take whatever the trustee gives them when he gives it whether they like it or not.

The trustee will disperse your payments as the law dictates. Worrying about what your trustee is doing and when will drive you crazy and frankly it won't change a thing. Let this worry go and focus on more productive things like your budget and emergency planning - that you can do something about
