    Last day to confirm

    Hi all -

    My last day to confirm was last Friday, March 28th. What is the next step to the process? I haven't heard any thing from my attorney yet. I have 26k out of 38K scheduled that has been confirmed. Is that considered to be a good thing??

    When you say "last day to confirm", do you mean that March 28 was the last day for your non-government creditors to file claims to be paid inside your Ch 13 plan?

    Ch 13 plan confirmation usually happens at a confirmation hearing that occurs 2-4 weeks after your 341 meeting (although a few courts confirm the same day as the 341 meeting). Just trying to sort out exactly what you are asking - thanks!

    07/18/06 - Confirmation Hearing - not confirmed, 3 objections

    01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
    09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
    06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
    08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
    10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
    Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

      Yes, that is correct. The last day my creditors could file a claim.

        How did you figure out how much was confirmed? I have already been confirmed but don't know how to figure that part out.

          This shows me what is going on with my case, shows my scheduled creditors and who has claimed. And what amounts, etc... pretty handy since I can't get a hold of my attorney anymore! grrr....
