questions After Plan Complete

Hi, my last paid was on jan 08 I check in 13 network and my case said Plan Complete but I have couple questions:

1. in the 3 years plan my salary increase a lot and my home increase the value, do I have to worry. can some creditors go after me.

2.how many months it takes for the discharge letter after the plan status is "complete plan in 13 network"

When you are discharged, creditors listed in your plan and discharged cannot come after you for any of the discharged debt. If they do, contact your attorney right away.

2.how many months it takes for the discharge letter after the plan status is "complete plan in 13 network

After the Trustee receives your last payment, the Trustee will audit your plan, send out the remaining balances owed to creditors and contact each creditor as to the end of your Plan and your creditors will be asked to sign documentation to send back to the Trustee. Your plan cannot be discharged until that all fully takes place. Average time is 90 days but it can take longer. Contact your attorney if you feel it is taking too long and he/she can check for you. Normally, your trustee will send you a letter shortly after your last payment advising you of the process that will take place and when you can expect your discharge papers.
