Hi,
I check 13datacenter frequently, and Pacer, as well.
I looked today on 13datacenter, and it had a weird amount -- I knew it wasn't time for the trustee to make a dispersement, and it wasn't time for the latest payroll deduction to be deposited...
So further looking in the account ledger shows a line that says,
Cancelled in voucher disk module. Distribution $198.61 and it was dated for yesterday, and the claim number was for the crammed-down car.
Anybody have any idea what that might mean?
There are no new filings on Pacer. Nothing different relating to the car...
I am puzzled, and worried, as we all are whenever there is anything weird with Pacer or 13datacenter.
I did look for another car, and my credit was "run" a bunch of times, but I did not sign anything nor did I even have a tentative car purchase to run by the trustee -- I was just seeing if I could get financing. I had told my attorney of my plan to try to get another car, and he said, you have to go out and see if you can get financing, and then when you have a potential purchase -- the car, the loan company, the interest rate, all that, then you present all that to the trustee and he approves or not. But we never got to that stage, there was never a car purchase for me to say, ok, this looks like something I want to do, let's write it up and pass it by the lawyer and the trustee.
Thanks for any insight.
