$400 upfront and $1200 through plan. No extra for modifying plan later on, and helping us to refinance mortgage during plan. Excellent attorney, always answered my questions same day, was compassionate and understanding. After we finished plan, he did wills, living wills and power of attorney for both my wife and I for $150, total. We live in Kansas.
