Can anyone suggest a company to use online. I need to have this in hand asap. I don't mind paying a fee if I can get the course done quickly.

We used www.hummingbird.com. First part is online, then the 2nd is a quick phone conversation with a counselor.

Just make sure that the credit counseling place you use is accepted in your locale. You can usually find this out through your trustees website. My lawyer gave me a list of places that were acceptable to the Southern Ohio district trustee.
