    Countin it down

Got back from a fishing trip this past weekend to find a letter in the mail from the Trustee's office. Motion for Confirmation of Plan, cool. No jiggling of numbers accepted the plan we proposed. Now I guess just waiting till the 25th. A good lawyer is definetly worth their weight in gold.

We are paying 3 secured creditors outside the plan; house, truck and boat. Under the boat it says "No POC submitted", I assume POC means proof of claim. Don't know if that means anything or not.

Well 2 down 58 to go.
    The future is unwritten. J.S.

Way to go, OR!! Confirmation of a payment you can manage over the long haul is fantastic! Agree with you 100% that having an excellent lawyer to file a 13 is key. Way to go and welcome to the "1825 Days (5 Years) Club"
