13network is showing my proposed plan length at 60 months. My schedules and everything say 36... at 60 months I'd pay it all back x2 so should I contact someone?

Even weirder is that my pay schedules on my trustee's page show me paying it off by 8/12/2010 with the bi-weekly payments.... Strange..Disclaimer: Young, NOT Dumb.(._.) The plan: $480 monthly for 60 months at 100%. 07/12/08

Call your lawyer and ask him/her to call your trustee and find out what's causing the discrepancy.
It wouldn't be the first time that a trustee's staff made a data entry error. Our trustee's staff listed the debt we owed one of our creditors as $22,450 rather than the $2,450 we actually owed them. A call to our lawyer straightened everything out.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
