What happens after retaining lawyer

Hi again,
I retained an attorney about 7 weeks ago. I have not heard a thing from him. I have called and called and left messages, but nothing. I now have creditors calling me again to tell me that the attorney is not returning their calls either. What do i do?

Wow really? Your attorney doesn't even have a para or secretary answering the calls? I forward my collectors to their office and the secretary confirms with them I am filing.

Is he still active, you could try to drop in on the office and find out whats going on?

They have an extension number for people that want to know where their bankruptcy is at, I also left 4 messages with that person and no return calls.
