I got notice today that my payments are to be starting through payroll deduction this month. I already sent my payment in this month. Should I call the Trustee's office and ask them to return it? I can't afford to pay a double payment this month.

Call your lawyer and discuss the best way to handle this. Most Ch 13 trustees will not speak with you directly if you have legal representation. They expect your laywer to make the contact.
