Please remind us - did you have an objection or plan modification which was dealt with and that's why there's a pre-hearing conference?Originally posted by calderon View PostI have a quick question, my Pre-hearing conference is tomorrow, in which I don't attend. I assume someone from my attorney's office will represent holding my life in their hands.
If your official letter from the trustee states that there are no objections and the plan is acceptable as-is, then your payment should stay the same. Of course, the one knowledgeable person who has the most reliable answer to your question is your own lawyer. On my official trustee letter it notes that there are NO specific objections and NO Modification to the plan needed. Does that mean that my current payments to the trustee will stay the same?
Any non-secured or secured creditor that did not file a claim before the deadline will not be paid back. Whatever you owed them will be completely wiped out when you are discharged.By looking at the paperwork it appears that $8500 has not been claimed so I’m thinking that falls off?I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
