are you required to have the funds come directly from your payroll? You cannot have it hit your bank and then pay the trustee?

This differs by District. In many Districts, they have interpreted the Bankruptcy code to read as though the Trustee may do anything in their power to help you keep up with your Plan payments. That has been translated into Trustee can garnish your paycheck (although it's not technically a garnishment).Originally posted by njguy1972 View Post
