    official finished papers

    finally done with a 3 yr chap 13,the whole process was easy and event free,just very aggravating having money took out of paycheck every month,but it is over now,have been refunded overage and recieved truck title,,per trustee case closed,,,but will i and when do i get an "official document from the court" so i can start my 401k again...thanks for any help i'm free again

          I should think you can start your 401k up again without papers. Mine never knew anything about my bk, far as I know. Papers can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months. Do you have a Pacer account? That is how I first found out my case was closed. Official notice came 2 or 3 days later in the mail.
