341 Tomorrow

Our 341 is tomorrow at 10am. I am a nervous wreck. Lawyer said all should be fine. I hope so. Keep your fingers crossed for us. I will let everyone know how it goes.

Good Luck to you tomorrow! Our 341 is Friday, and I too, am a nervous wreck. As you can see, this is my 1st post. I've been lurking about for about a month or so and gathering information from you folks and taking it all in.

Hey Gang. Don't worry! Just make sure you have your DLs and SS cards.

Leave home in plenty of time to not have to deal with parking or traffic problems. Dress conservatively, and leave any designer or flashy jewelry at home.

Also, keep your mouth SHUT, unless answering yes or no questions. Volunteer nothing.

So sorry I did not write earlier. We all came down with the flu Thursday morning. Ugh! 341 was ok. Took all of about 7 minutes. She asked us about our medical which I found odd as we only put what the IRS allows, she said oh it is prescriptions and then never said anything else. So I guess we will now wait...... I am hoping we get confirmed and can get on with this!!! Thank you so much to EVERYONE that answered every crazy question I had on here, or gave me encouragement.... I know I will need more encouragement along the way. The economy scares the crap out of me!!!

The 60-day club is the 60 day waiting period to be discharged, after you have had your 341 meeting with the trustee.

BTW - when I was new, I thought DH stood for "damn husband" until I finally had the nerve to ask.

No worries - ask away - it's the only way you can learn.

I will be happy to just make my payments and stay under the radar! I feel bad though as I know more and more people will be in teh same boat as me with this awful economy!!!

For those of us in a ch 13 (the OP is ch 13), we don't get to join the 60 day club... We are in this for the long haul...3-5 years....
