    What is happening

I filed in 2004 on a 60 month plan. It was amended about 6 months in because I moved into a different house.

Presently I have about 3000 dollars left that is owed for 2 vehicles, 1 I no longer have, the other hasnt been driven in almost 2 years.

I met with my attorney in October, and he said we need to get you out of this. He had me pay an extra 354.00 to the Trustee in October and November, on top of the normal BiWeekly payroll garnishments, which have stopped as of of early January.

I see through the Trustees website the following...

I am specifically looking to see what the Confirmation hearing on January 29th may have been.

I know I can call my attorney, but it seems we play allot phone tag.

    Thanks

Since you filed under the Old Law, I am assuming you only had $3,000 left to pay in your Plan from what I can gather from your posting. It appears you were able to pay off your Plan early per your attorney's instructions. There is not enough information in your posting to assume otherwise and it appears the Trustee has stopped your wage garnishments. Or, your plan was modified to pay off the vehicles and continue with the remainder of your payments as is indicted in what you post above. The Confirmation Hearing may have been to approve the modification. You need details from your attorney.
