The DOJ tends to change the median income and other required filing tables about every six months to a year. There's been no consistent pattern I've seen over the past three years - sometimes the amounts are up, sometimes they are down. They don't tend to vary much - a few hundred dollars more or less for income. Doubtful the changes will affect 99% of filers very much if at all.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

07/18/06 - Confirmation Hearing - not confirmed, 3 objections
10/05/06 - Hearing to resolve 2 trustee objections
01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED

The company I work for keeps offering us off by permission. I'm thinking about taking some here and there to decrease income.Originally posted by john_smith View PostGuys,
